Return & Refund Policy

REFUND/RETURN POLICY 

At Triple H Design Co LLC we do customized/personalized items, all payments are due at time of purchase. A mock up will be sent within 2-5 business days for the customer to approve before being sent to print if customizing. If the color selection is not left in notes at checkout you will receive the image that is on the mockup in the same garment or same color as mock-up that is in the product listing. Please be sure to include the color in your notes at checkout. 

All orders have around 8-15 business day processing time. Orders could be done sooner but for any delay an email will be sent to notify the customer. All orders are made in house unless they are a preorder. Nothing is ready to ship unless it states RTS in the description. 

Preorder items have an estimated turn around time in the product description. Please read all details when purchasing. If you order a preorder item and made to order item it will ship together once the preorder arrives.

Due to the customization on garments we have a no return, no refund policy unless the item comes damaged from the manufacturer. All local pick up orders must be picked up within 7 business days. 

SHIPPING POLICY: Once your package has been fulfilled and you have received tracking information, your package is now in transit via your shipping method chosen at checkout and we are no longer liable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package has been lost or stolen we advise you contact your local post office for further assistance.

Bleached Tee Disclaimer:  All of our bleached items are individually bleached in house. (Unless its a preorder) As we try to get them similar to the mockups, some may not be the exact same every time. Mock ups are computer generated and can look different on each type of device such as mobile and what light setting were used to take the mock up. 

Nation Wide Garment Shortage Disclaimer: The apparel industry is undergoing a mass shortage of all brands and styles. In notes at check out you may leave style, color, and brand choice, if your selected color and brand is unavailable a similar color in a similar style will be selected. 

We understand hesitation with payment prior to receiving items but we guarantee your item will match the description that was given by the customer. We use high quality professional grade materials to ensure product is of the highest quality. We have a no return no refund policy unless the item is damaged in some way from manufacturers. 

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available upon request. There is a $5 per item cost for rush orders in addition to the regular shipping costs.  To place a rush order please send an email to triplehdesignco@outlook.com requesting more information on how to place a rush order. Triple H Design Co LLC reserves the right to refuse rush orders for any reason. 

Damages/Issues

The customer must notify and send a photo to triplehdesignco@outlook.com within 24/48 hours to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Returned damaged merchandise cannot be worn, washed, or stained. Items that appear worn, have stains(deodorant, drinks etc) smell of smoke or other odors will not be accepted. When making a return, please include the original invoice with your name, email address and reason for the return. Once the item has been received and qualifies for return we will notify you by email. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to complete your return. (Could be longer depending on items purchased).
